The bakery is one of the best I've been to and such a cute storefront! I've had many goodies from this local gem near Philly (Hatboro) and always great service and amazing treats. Cheesecake, birthday cake, cupcakes, cream puffs, cookies, peanut butter bars and scones, to name a few. I've also had items shipped to me in Co. (where I mostly live). Communication is great from start to finish and all the items arrived in tact, fresh, amazing and packed very well. I highly recommend this amazing bakery!!!!
While Lochel's Bakery may seem like a small, quaint shop from the outside, it's anything but! Step inside, and you're greeted with an impressive array of baked goods, from fresh cookies and pastries to beautifully decorated cakes that are as creative as they are delicious. I had the pleasure of trying some of their donuts, and let me tell you, it took all my willpower not to go back for more! The best part? The warm, friendly service. The sales associates are all super kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Lochel's Bakery to anyone in the area, and I can't wait to go back and try something new next time!
Lochels has been making my special occasions cakes for 15 years now! We first used them when we got married at Talamore! They've since made over 2 dozen specialty cakes for my family. Each and every one has been amazing! They just made my husband's 40th birthday cake! It was perfection! Everyone raved about it! Thanks Kathleen & Lochels!
Wooohooo!! These cookies are ALL THAT!!! They taste amazing! I placed an order and paid over the phone and my daughter's mother in law picked them up for me. I also asked for 2 vanilla cupcakes with white frosting and sooty- no pictures- they're history- deeelicious!! If you follow the bakery- Lochel's is well known for their election cookies! They're available online. Beware of shipping charges- they're astronomical.
